The Professional
One of the most respected designations in global finance — earned through years of rigorous study and demonstrated mastery of investment analysis. Less than 20% of candidates pass all three levels.
The academic foundation beneath a career of disciplined thinking. From the halls of New Mexico State University to the top of WestStar's investment division — an Aggie who went all the way.
At WestStar Wealth Management, Bill holds one of the senior leadership positions in the firm — trusted with decisions that shape the financial futures of families and institutions alike.
The top of the investment pyramid. As CIO, Bill is the final voice on portfolio strategy, asset allocation, and market positioning. The buck stops with Bill. It always has.
Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and forged at New Mexico State University, Bill Brady didn't just build a career in finance — he built a reputation for integrity across three powerhouse institutions. From the private banking floors of Wells Fargo to leading institutional research at Ulrich Consulting Group, and now commanding the investment strategy at WestStar Wealth Management in El Paso — this Aggie sits at the intersection of intellectual rigor and human trust. His clients don't just get returns. They get a man who takes their future personally.

On April 1, 1878, Sheriff William Brady was ambushed and killed by Billy the Kid and his regulators on the dusty main street of Lincoln, New Mexico. He died wearing the badge, enforcing the law in the most dangerous territory in the American West.
148 years later, his descendant William Brady enforces a different kind of code. The frontier has changed from dirt streets to global markets, but the name still stands for unshakable conviction, loyalty, and walking into the fire without blinking.
Dear Bill,
Fifty years. Half a century of grit and unwavering conviction. From the dusty streets of Albuquerque to the executive floor at WestStar, you've carried the Brady name with the kind of honor that would make the old Sheriff proud.
You've always been the man who walks into the fire without blinking — in the markets, in life, and for your family. That's not something you learn. That's bloodline.
Here's to fifty more years of holding the line.
